The Top Dog Range
Top Dog reusable garments are designed to support zoned color-coding programs. The five colors offered pair with the core colors of Vikan tools, increasing the effectiveness of HACCP plans and 5S programs.
Color-coded garments provide food manufacturers an additional tool for quick visual verification. This helps ensure that the right people are using the right tools for specified zones.
Top Dog offers sleeves, aprons, and gowns made from a reuseable polyurethane film that can be worn and reworn again and again. Based on a 120-day field test in a North American fish processing plant, one Top Dog apron could replace 700 disposable poly aprons or 7 vinyl aprons.
These food-safe aprons are resistant to chemicals and acids, are virtually non-stick, and won't crack or stiffen in low temperatures. They're impervious to animal fats and degreasers and don't retain odors, making them a perfect complement to Vikan products in food and beverage processing and retail facilities.
